Discovering and Changing Your Essence Through the Power of Intention
According to Paul Linden, PhD, an intention is an action you hold in your body as a foundation for reaching out into the world. It is a commitment to a planned movement through space. In the instant of doing it, there is an origin point, the whole trajectory/shape, an intensity, a target, and a vision of the desired results (all of which may be done with or without conscious awareness). By studying the process of intention, you can discover and change who you will become.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- That intention is an action held in the body
- The self is the sum total of the intentional actions you have turned into habits
- By studying the process of intention, you can discover and change who you will become
