Discover Emotional Clarity and Resilience With the Emotional Body® Method
Join Laura Bond, founder of the Emotional Body® method, as she invites you to experience a physical approach to emotional expression and regulation. Emotional effector patterns (EEP) discovered through extensive biofeedback serve as the core of the method that was developed over decades into a physical-emotion regulation method. The (EEP) are specific breath and muscle movements that provide accurate and repeatable methods for somatic emotional clarity, and easily promote shifting from one emotion to another.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- Practical exercises that will help you understand how patterns assist with physically accessing emotional expressions
- A simple, universal language for identifying and expressing your feelings with greater clarity, comfort, wisdom, and grace
- A method to help you allow space for emotions in yourself and in others while obtaining personal and professional benefits
