Wuji Hundun Qigong: Learning to be at Ease With Chaos

With Daisy Lee
Hosted by Gayatri Maya Andersson-Schriefer, MSME

Qigong's 5000 year old healing wisdom is as relevant today as it was in ancient times. Although Wuji Hundun Qigong was once taught as a martial system on the battlefield, it was also prescribed to heal and repair those who were hurt or maimed. In our modern times, it enhances healing in those who have joint stiffness, poor circulation, eye strain, diabetes, PTSD and other health conditions. Join Daisy Lee in a discussion about the gifts of Qigong and guided practice.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • How Qigong's 3 treasures of breath awareness, mental focus, and body alignment help to create peace, balance and healing
  • Your ability to observe and listen, helping you become aware of choices you didn't know you had
  • A Wuji Hundun Qigong movement that renews your alignment, vitality, and grace
